Peezy — AI Moving Concierge
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Peezy mobile application ("App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Peezy is an AI-powered moving concierge application that helps you organize and manage your move. The App generates a personalized task list, provides an AI chat assistant for moving-related questions, coordinates with service providers on your behalf, and tracks your moving progress. Peezy is a coordination and guidance tool. We do not perform moving services, provide financial or legal advice, or guarantee the performance of any third-party service provider.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Peezy.
To use Peezy, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.
Peezy may offer subscription plans for premium features. All subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel subscriptions at Apple Subscription Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policies.
Peezy uses AI services to process inventory scan images. The in-app chat connects you with Peezy's human support team.
Inventory scan results are provided to help you review furniture and household items during your move. They may contain errors or inaccuracies and should be reviewed independently. Peezy does not provide legal, financial, tax, or medical advice.
When you request vendor services through Peezy, our team may coordinate with third-party providers on your behalf. We act as a facilitator and do not provide the underlying services. We do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, safety, or legality of any third-party services. Any arrangement you enter with a service provider is between you and that provider.
You agree to provide accurate information, not use the App for any unlawful purpose, not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems, and not reverse engineer or decompile the App.
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Peezy and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. We will remove your personal data within 30 days. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it through Apple's subscription management.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee any particular result from using the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peezy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peezy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days by contacting support@peezy.move. Any legal action shall be brought in Jackson County, Missouri.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the App.
